Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

• • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Shaanvi Tours & Travels.
• • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment (20-30% of total cost).
• • The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour.
• • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are per person/couple as mentioned.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• • Cancellations made 15+ days before departure: Full refund (minus processing fee of ₹500).
• • Cancellations made 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund.
• • Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
• • No-shows or early departures: No refund will be provided.
• • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

• • Inclusions and exclusions are clearly mentioned on each tour package page.
• • Any services not mentioned in the inclusions are not part of the package.
• • Personal expenses such as shopping, tips, laundry, and telephone calls are not included.
• • Entry fees to monuments/attractions are included only if specifically mentioned.

4. Changes & Modifications

• • Shaanvi Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or safety concerns.
• • Alternate arrangements of equal or higher standard will be provided in case of hotel unavailability.
• • Guests may request itinerary changes subject to availability and additional costs.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

• • Travelers must carry valid government-issued photo ID during the tour.
• • Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
• • Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicles will be borne by the traveler.
• • Travelers must follow local laws, customs, and guidelines at all destinations.

6. Liability

• • Shaanvi Tours acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport, etc.).
• • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service quality issues caused by third-party providers.
• • We are not responsible for loss, injury, or damage during the tour beyond our reasonable control.
• • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before your trip.

7. Payment Methods

• • We accept payments via Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), UPI, and online payment links.
• • Cash payments are accepted at our office in New Delhi.
• • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (₹).
